I like this site, and it makes a nice distraction from doing my proper job but i would never pay a subscription to use it, afterall there are 1000's of free forums on the net i'd just use one of those instead.

I'd make a donatationbut would never pay a subscription

In the special K thread apparently subs are coming, i think its just to get rid of ad's but i didn't read it all, maybe someone who has (or even the man himself) could confirm

there will be the *OPTION* to pay a subscription, and have the forums free of ads a result. If you don't want to pay then you don't have to.

However, those people using ad-blockers will be blocked from the forums in some way or will get annoying boxes all the time asking them to turn off their ad-blockers or add an exception for this site. This site is financed via the ads, and if people aren't seeing the ads then these forums simply cannot exist.
