chipsdog
I have had a nightmare booking tickets for my son and his mates, and I have bought the wrong ones! I didn't get camping tickets, obviously every B&B is booked. Someone mentioned to me that a Farmer rents out a field nearby, I have done a seach and can't find anything, can one help me out and point me in the right direction. Otherwise any ideas where he can sleep? car?? from a grateful Mother who was only trying to help!!!

indie-rocknroll
There is a farmers field near by I can't think of the name now but I think it is called White Lodge, something similar Don't let them sleep in the car, for many reasons, like not being safe and the police and security search all areas and move people on who have slept in the car, It might be very cold like is was on the Thursday night last year and you don't want them sleeping with the car running, best to try to swap tickets. bertieb73
Hi. I know a couple of friends who have camped at White Pump farm and said although it's a fair walk to and from the festival grounds (20 mins), you have better facilities that you get in the festival campsites and there's also a good atmosphere with the people who camp there. If all else fails, I've slept in the car a couple of times now and never had any bother. You just miss out on the atmosphere around the campsite and it can be quite uncomfortable depending on the size of car!! Good luck.... RhysW
White Pump Farm Camping Book with these guys, a fair walk from the festival site (about half an hour), but infinitely better than sleeping in a car. Not what you want to be doing at a festival, it could really ruin the weekend.
