I just dont why people want to see the same bands over and over at the festival. If it was up to a few boardies on here the headliners would be Radiohead, Coldplay and the Killers. I find those 3 bands very dull. And I have seen them all live.

The mighty Radiohead being the worst offenders, an absolutely shit gig in Dublin a couple of years back. One of the dullest Ive ever seen from a heavy hitter.

Weird thing is, i like their stuff when i play it at home, but not a festival band for me.... unless im to wrecked to move, then it may have its place.

Anyways it my first festival and that's why i would like to see Radiohead or Coldplay.

For me that leaves 4 bands left , Coldplay, Radiohead, Arctic Monkeys & Muse, of these i don't think Muse are about this summer so they seem the most unlikely.

Coldplay i'd like to see the least so that automatically puts them in the driving seat, but theres no benefit in not annoucing them already as they dont have other tickets to sell and Emily said they weren't playing

They do have other tickets to sell. Their gig at Wembley with Girls Aloud still hasnt sold out of...wait for it...standing tickets!! Seats have all gone though which speaks volumes about their fanbase!!

If I went to a Coldplay gig, I'd want seating too. Much more comfy for a bit of a kip, see, during the slow numbers.
