I understand the concept and I think it's wrong. Think of your favourite film, now remake it with a lookalike in the main role. Worthwhile activity? Think of your favourite book. Now get an author who couldn't write or get published with their own work rewriting it. Favourite piece of art? give it to an amateur to recreate for your wall at home

sorry, that might come across as more arsey than I meant it to, but honestly I'd rather see a band whose music I don't like than some people who don't have any original creative thoughts/ideas of their own.

They pretty much define everything that is wrong with music for me. When the same person uttered the words "Mark Ronson is up next" I did one and went to find Goldfrapp and Leonard Cohen
