I would imagine the lady I spoke to wasn't particularly informed on the real reasons, she said the same about Bestival but they have Nandos and Wagamama there so it doesn't stack up.

I went to a Wagamama's for the first time a few weeks back, good range of veggie/vegan options, decent stab at seemingly least like a soulless chain as is possible for a soulless chain, bit too expensive for what it is - same as Nando's really. If I'm out in town for a meal with a mixed crowd it'd be a decent place to go, at a festival it can fuck right off.

my (old) local used to do them, then the landlady made her own - which were cheaper, and much nicer.

There's nothing more over-rated than posh pies.

Chapati Man's chicken tikka masala wraps were awesome but VERY messy. Had a big blob of the sauce on my Adidas Samba's

Also quite spicy so not recommended if you are trying to avoid going to the loo

It is and it's not a normal meal time, it's sometime in the afternoon. It will fill you up for the rest of the day/night though, it's very stodgy and carby.

I don't remember them advertising, but I suppose you could always ask them. It seems to go on for a fair while too, maybe an hour or more. Guess it depends on when they run out.
