Not at a festival but I went to see Aerosmith at the SECC in Glasgow. I was standing outside the entrance to the hall when I saw a group of people surrounding a guy with bleach blonde hair, a bright red shirt unbuttoned to the navel and tight leather pants. It was the lead singer of Gun - clearly not trying to attract attention in that get up!!

Also I went into Burger King in Edinburgh in the mid 80s. Kiss were playing the Edinburgh Playhouse that night and I heard an American accent behind me. I turned around and vaugley recognised the singer of the band who were the support that night. Not sure what happened to him after that Jon Bon Jovi I believe his name was.
