Hi there, I'm new to this so please be gentle

I ordered my tickets from Stargreen.com and I received a confirmation email however they haven't taken the money out of my bank account. I called them and they confirmed I had ordered the tickets for Hylands Park and that they may take the money anytime up until 2 weeks before the festival.

I'm just worried about my tickets and wondered if anyone else has had the same experience... I'd be gutted if something went wrong!

Thanx for your replies. Like you say they are listed on the V website so they should be fine. I shall just have to keep my fingers crossed
