Alright mate as far as I know you can get them from any good ticket outlet eg:Ticketmaster,Ticket zone etc ect,but you have to pay a fee which covers you for 3 years,but you get first refusals on concert tickets and festivals,but dont hold me to that.

If you think about this logically Mr Giddings has reversed the usual festival order by having the best, most popular and influential headliner playing on the Thursday night, then having some obscure act nobody's arsed about headlining Sunday. Therefore it makes sense to watch The Human League on Thursday, then switch karaoke to Sunday night in Yates and avoid Neil Young (Neil Who?) altogether.
