.jay.
The Eagles of Death Metal (not death metal by any means it's a joke name Click Here for info on the band) are currently midway througha world tour ending the eurpoean leg in london on 8th of april at the Forum in london. But i now nottice they have added two more UK dates one at the Brixton Academy on June 24th and then one in Falmouth Cornwall on June 25th so i can't help but think this means they are playing Glastonbury having seen them many times and hung out and drank with the guys a few times i know they will love the festival and go down a storm as they are the most fun band i have ever seen live. hopefully Josh Homme may make an apperance on drums with them for the festival! I'm seeing them this saturday in Portsmouth so will ask them if they are playing. for anyone not knowing any of their work check out these songs. football fans will recognize this song from a recent Nike Commercial Edited March 24, 2009 by .jay. .jay.
Cheers for that little elucidation. We'd have all ignorantly avoided this niche little unknown of a band had you not provided and properly referenced that little epiphony. Do the Jon Spencer Blues Explosion actually play ska? eFestivals
they're playing a date in falmouth, which someone has told me is being promoted as a "pre Glastonbury warm up show" .... I can't find any evidence of it being promoted like that, but it might be true.
