i got a bargain of there a couple of years back, soon realised why it was a bargain when i was gaffa taping and gluing the thing together on our 1st outing at V fest, lasted the weekend with the aid of a tarpauling and alot of effort not saying all their tents are shit but this one definately was. Would def do some research, read some reviews, see who else sells it, if you cant find any its prob cause its Poo

Tentastic tents are great quality- the one I had before my new one lasted 2 Glasto's, 3 IOW's, 2 V's and a couple of weekends away before giving up the ghost! Rather than buying through their website, have a look at their eBay shop where they tend to be a LOT cheaper!

We got this 9 man one last year for a sale bargin of 90 buck, (argos tend to put there camping gear on sale around the begining of festival season). It was the best investment ever made, and its a beast of a tent at one point we had about 16 people sat round the center playin drinkin games. Allthough, it is f**k ass heavy and we had to get there real early to pitch it.

i got me a 4 man from tesco, 10quid and has lasted me...hmmm 4 festivals i think it is now... although i am mad coz some stupid kids slashed the door at reading last yr (never going to that festival ever again...it was shit!)

but nothing some good old gaffa tape wont fix

I love the communal sitting and chilling bit.

As well as our tents we take a concertna fold out gazebo - about 60 quid from Argos from memory. It opens in under two minutes and gives you a 3 metre square communal sheltered area.

Set that up in the centre of your encampment and you have shade from the sun (hopefully) or shelter from the rain. You can also get sides for it (though it can be a bit hairy in strong winds).
