basicaly me and like 15 mates were SUPPOST to go LEEDS

some of them have bought/are currently trying 2 buy their tickets as we speak

we are all 16

i read on 2008s website that if you are 16 you MUST be with an over 18 y/o

i'm 50/50 that uesterday i read on the 2009 website that only under16s have 2 be with an over 18 y/o

IF IM 16 CAN I GO UN-ACCOMPINED?

please comment back LIKE NOW cus if i have 2 but my tickets off ebay for £250 ill be pritty pissed off :huh:

ha sorry, i dont know how to work this.

i went in 2006 when me and my friends were 16, and the wristband people didn't question how old we were at all. unless you look about 6, i don't think they care really.

and if they do ask (which i really doubt they will) just lie or pretend your'e with someone older who's just gone through.

It's easy to get in underage anyway (as long as it's not obvious!) I've been going to Reading with friends since '06 and am 16 this year. ;)

But they've changed the rules this year so 16 year olds don't have to be accompanied: from the official twitter page:

there has been a change to the age restrictions. 16 years olds can now go without being accompanied by someone 18+

yeah this is also how i understood it - that 0-15 year olds need to be accompanied, but you're ok if you're 16.

but like people have said, no need to worry, your chances of finding a friendly face in the queue to 'accompany' you (that is if they're at all funny about it) are pretty high!
