If you're that desperate then you may wanna look into buying one off ebay/that viagogo or whatever it's called.... I know you probably can't bear the thought of lining these dicks' pockets - but there's a fine line and if you want it that bad then you may wanna consider it.

On ticket day with all the site crashing then saying 'sold out' I was close to giving up - lucky I didn't 'cos I eventually got through - but I was sat there thinking, 'This is so unfair that I can't get through due to some f**kers who don't care about music and just want the money', but was actually considering what best to do if I didn't get through.. and was wondering whether my desire to go outweighed my principles....

thanks but I WILL NOT be lining some touting scums pockets, besides seetickets told me there are defo more going up for sale come the end of the month so i just have keep my eyes peeled to get one this time! just want to know i have a ticket sooner rather than later, anyway if worse comes to the worst i will go down there and q up at the site box office and get one, they say every year no tivkets on sale this way but there are!

DC Site Services haven't stopped recruiting at this point in time I believe. Pay them a £200 deposit, work pretty reasonable shifts, walk away with £250 cash in hand and your deposit refunded.

Tickets went back on sale yesterday, a mate who couldn't get one on the 30th bought one. Just checked the link and they're all gone now.

i was stuck at work yesterday and when i got back and looked on here and saw they had out more tickets up i was a bit annoyed! sold out again now. i hate not being able to get onto a computer at work!!!!

For the gajillionth time I've said this:

No they do not. They have never said there will be no tickets at the box office. This is the first year they have said this.

Thats not true, every year they do say that tickets arnt avalable from site. However this is the first year I would take them serously.

If you look at last year's site, 2008.readingfestival.com, there isn't any where it says "there will be no tickets on site". They just neglect to say that tickets can be bought on site. I think this is the first time they've made an announcement that says directly "there will be no tickets on site".
