And if that is not enough fun then Happy Mondays and James and then we can all go and laugh at James Morrison, that is fun, our tent on the Sunday night/Monday morning that it usualyl enough fun to last all year.

You don't need bands to have fun my dear that's what good company and beer is for!!! I'm sure we will get some good smaller bands based on whats not been announced at Leed/reading - I have hope :0)

Its a good point about bands not being everything at a festival, there are plenty other ways to have fun. However good or even just exciting music makes for an even better time. Imagine spending your saturday afternoon knocking back a few ciders to the strains of Shaggy and the Fun Loving Criminals, and compare this to staging a dirty protest at Taylor Swift whilst waiting for The Script to come and cheer you up

Hell i'd settle for the Wurzels and Chas n Dave over them two! But hey there is always a mojito and a dance in the Bacardi bar to keep me in the party mood, i'm still excited no matter who ends up playing

Here is what I would do to add extra fun.

1. Make the lineup more like the lineup for Sonisphere, also add an extra day or two.

2. Reduce the price of the funfair rides.

3. Have the music played at the funfair have a lower volume or else changed to metal and hard rock.

4. Add lots of Glasto style stuff.

5. Have a big swimming pool.

6. Have the Indie disco play more Indie music and mix in some decent rock.

7. Change Strongbow to Thatchers Gold (and ban people drinking it over ice).

8. Big waterfight!

9. No idiots allowed.

10. Sledging on hill covered in fake snow.

11. A big massive bell that people passing can go and ring.

12. Rock karaoke.

13. A big catapult that fires goodies and sweets into the campsites etc.

14. Big climbing frames you can climb up to watch acts in kinda a treehouse way, maybe with a big walkway kinda frame.

15. All you can eat ice cream!
