Seetickets customer service- help needed!

The short version of the story, does anyone have a customer services number for seetickets?

The long version.. my friend lost her job months ago, and paid her glasto deposit. But I put both our deposits on my debit card and she gave me the money. She couldnt pay her balance in January so I paid it all for her, again, with my card.

She's now saying theres no way she can go, even though I said I'd pay transport and give her food money etc and she can pay me back whenever she gets a job. She said I was being immature and can go another year and should just forget it. I've wanted to go to Glastonbury for YEARS, this is the first year ive managed to get tickets and I think the lineup looks ace. So we had a big fight a couple of days ago and arent speaking.

Yesterday I got an answerphone message from seetickets, for her, about her "cancellation attempt". May I point out that only £50 of the refund money would be hers anyway and I think she was trying to get ALL the money refunded to her card. But I'm guessing see wouldnt let her because its a different card? And she doesnt have a reference number either. The guy gave me a number starting with 0115 but I cant make out the rest of it and the seetickets site crashes whenever I try and get to the "contact us" section. Tried phoning 08712200260 but its engaged and then just hangs up on me.

For starters Seetickets will only refund any money to the card that it was originally taken from. If you paid for everything, including Deposit and tickets then it will all have to be refunded to you not your lovely friend. Plus I don't think they'll let you cancel just one ticket if you decide you wanna go without your mate, you'll have to do the whole lot.

I can't understand your mate not wanting to go, especially considering your being willing to pay for the whole shooting match. What a friend!

But I suppose I wouldn't be able to have as good a time if I knew it was all being paid for by someone else.

Good Luck.

Hi nataliealana,

I have just been on to the 'saynoto0870' website and these are the numbers they have for seetickets - Glastonbury :

0870 1652007 0115 9934183

also : 0870 8901107 0207 0877777 for Seetickets 'Customer services - changes to bookings, etc.'

I don't know if they are still valid but it is worth a try.

Hope you manage to get your situation sorted out btw. Good Luck.

Edit : you are now sorted so not relevant now

Friends can be right pains sometimes! I can't believe she called you immature for trying to help her!! I'd be so annoyed.

Glad you got it sorted. And if you're now going alone you will make plenty of friends there, especially as you are going on a bus which will have other Glasto goers on there.
