Okay...so i'll admit the guitar based stuff anounced so far on the bigger stages isn't my cup of tea (and i am a fan of guitar music), as with quite a few others it seems. But there seems to be a good amount of quality acts that are dance/electronic music which really get me exicted...

Timo maas

Slam

Billy Nasty

Japanese popstars

crookers

scratch perverts

Eric Pryz (don't be put off by the 'chart' stuff, he's done some nice underground stuff aswell)

London Elektricity

Paul Woolford

are all set to play (or tbc according to efestivals)

looks like the dance arena is shaping up just nicely this year

Anybody else looking forward to these acts? any other acts/dj you wouldn't mind seeing?

I wouldn't mind seeing

Flying Lotus

Hudson mohawke

Milton Jackon

Those are a few electronic stuff i've heard in the last 12 months or so i won't mind seeing at glasto, i'd love to see some the bristol dubstep boys turn up aswell (appleblim, shackleton, perverist, joker etc), some awesome music coming out of that city :P!

Yes its the Dance Tent one day and then the Lock Up for two days curated by Mike Davies

For all Glastonbury's plus points it does not have anything like the lock up. This from a festival that prides itself on diversity!

A tent like this at Glastonbury would be much better then some great big Q tent

Glasto always has consistently pretty much the strongest and largest Dance line-up of any festival anywhere. I've always thought that at its heart, especially when the sun goes down, Glasto is a massive dance festival. Its everywhere, in all the nook and crannies, and i f**king love it

Looking forward to Yoda, but still waiting for a BIG dance act to be announced.

Would love to see a Faithless/Chems/Daft Punk/Groove Armada/Underworld/Orbital/Prodigy/Moby/Fatboy Slim/Basement Jaxx type act announced to headline the other stage.
