dieweener
Glasto website officially confirms bands majority we already knew but still. Lily Allen, Fleet Foxes, Neil Young, Blur, Bruce Springsteen, Emiliana Torrini, Doves, Franz Ferdinand, The Ting Tings, Echo And The Bunnymen, White Lies and Florence And The Machine. flibbitybob
Oooh exciting... I know we already knew them, and I can't say I'd be mad to see any of them, but just the fact that they're announcing more gets me all excited! It means it really can't be that far away! dieweener
As long as BB King and The White Stripes get confirmed, i'll be a happy man. At the stage where i've seen so many bands now and so recently, can't be bothered to see bands play the same song over again. This year is going to be a year of exploring new bands I think. Anyone any recommendations from the confirmed bands? Also, we have to wait til 24th May for the full line-up, which was expected but the fact they've confirmed it is pretty gutting. russycarps
I can see kasabian being the 2nd slot on saturday before springsteen. I think they will see that as a very prestigious slot
lovelessrapture
I'm quite happy to see they're announcing more bands, but it could be only because a] the bands had all self-confirmed and b] they have the resale on sunday. But still I'm already aware that I won't be too fussed by any bands till the whole thing comes out. dieweener
at the risk of shitting on your dreams, I'd say they would clash! BB King before Spearhead and White Stripes before Neil Young? I hope I'm wrong though, for both of our sakes!
