If it is a mix then its a new piece of art and is not illegal as far as i remember. As long as the songs are mixed into each other, then its fine...unless one of the artists asks for it to be taken down?

dj mixes are a bit of a grey-area legally. Because it is a new performance it kind of goes between the law. Yes, it is still illegal because the artists are not getting royalties - and you also need to have purchased mp3s or music with license to perform (eg from beatport). This is why dj / music forums allow links to dj mixes but generally do not allow links to single tracks - as that is just piracy.
