I think they did write an article on it, in which case it was removed to save embarrassment.

eFestivals will remember :)

I'm not aware of NME writing an article on it.

However, The Guardian mentioned it in their educational supplement once, suggesting that kids read up on it when researching green transport solutions. :rolleyes:

How very hilarious that it's all an in joke. I thought it might have been something really rubbish like one of those shite trains you sometimes see in parks which carry kids from one part to another and I have seen people getting about on trailers on site so i thought it might have been one of those that was open for the public. Oh well, walking it is then.

The santa claus thing is the funniest think i have seen for ages!!!!

All the talk of the monorail is getting me right back in the mood for Glasto, will have to dig out my 5 trip loyalty badge from last year.

it's a little more than an in joke I'd say - it was the 2008 eFestivals April Fools.
