seetickets bus cancellation

that is shocking :/

hopefully it's not true!

however, if it is, the second best way to travel is a train to bristol from newcastle then the glastonbury shuttle bus from bristol straight to the festival.

i did that last year, we got a train at about 8 am and we were in the festival all set up by 6pm, not bad.

as for me i'm glad i arranged to drive down with my friends.

I'm sure if this is true, they'll have to lay on an alternative - even if that is a deal with National Express to honour your tickets or something - we're not talking about Dave's Minibuses here - Seetickets are pretty integrated into the Glasto setup, and ME and co wouldn't allow them to mess punters about in such a way. Speak to See and find out what's going on..

Sorry to hear it, we're travelling from Newcastle too but driving down this year luckily.

Past two years we've flew to Bristol from Newcastle, generally only about £55 return. Then there's taxi's from Bristol Airport straight to Glasto for only £27 return each presuming you have at least 4 people.

Best thing about it is the speed, 50 minutes in the air, and you can drink at the airport while waiting, and on the plane

I'd recommend it as the second best choice after driving, but only because driving you can go when you want and take much more stuff.
