I'm completely in love with him and have been waiting for him to tour solo for years. As big of a Raconteurs fan as I am I prefer his solo work. I have a soft spot for pop music and nice guys.

yeah he does write great pop songs.

although i love the raconteurs because it gives Jack and Brendan different ways to make music. lets them broadcast different music that they couldn't do in their original set up.

Yeah, The Raconteurs are more musically adventurous, and because of Jack's talent probably better...I just tire of his pompous shit after awhile, so I prefer Brendan. Though he has been known to go on a rant or too about sonic quality and vinyl records, for the most part he isn't as ridiculous.

Forgot about MGMT would love to see them there. I went on See Tickets this morn to see if they have any gig dates around glasto & it doesn't look like they are doin anythin this year just a few fests & they have already played glasto 3 times in the last 2 years I think, so I get the feelin it may not happen. But who knows
