Ticket Sales - phone number from the USA?

I know the festival is sold out, but I've heard that some people have been able to get tickets as other people cancel them. I'm in the US, and have tried to call the international number but it always gives me an error message. Can someone who has called them and gotten through from the USA tell me *exactly* what you typed into your phone to make that happen!? Please! I feel like I must be getting the country code wrong or something, but I have tried every variation I can think of.

Any word on what the policy typically is with released tickets? Basically, I've heard its just the luck of the draw. You call at the right time and you get lucky. But you have to convince the person to check for you...? What should I say exactly?

What number are you using? 0044 1159 934 183 is what you need to be calling. They may have taken the number down due to tickets having sold out. That's the only reason I can think of.
