I see they aint got anything planned for this year :rolleyes: whats the chances?? They done a DJ set at Coachella the other week there so mayby something like that could be likely no?? Ive heard they`v done things like that in the past at Glastonbury so its not out of the question is it.

Thoughts???

Yes please.

Blew me away in the big tent at V Staffs ( :rolleyes: ) last year, first time i'd seen Midnight Madness played out and it blew the roof off the place. Get them back in a tent where they belong.

much as they are amazing in an enclosed atmosphere, get them on t'other stage where at least theres a chance to see them <_<

The Chems can be amazing live. Seen them loads and they are always banging, even though the 2007 wasn't their best. (2004 headline was really special though, def made the right choice that night as was same time as Oasis were making a complete bollocks of the pyramid)

Would love a set from them but don't think it'll be this year, they might well do a proper other stage headline set next year when the new album is out. Chems and Glasto certainly have a bit of a love affair going on.

2004's set was a monster, a real festival classic.

I had left on the Sunday of 2007 (mud killed me off) so saw the Chems set on TV and must say I wasn't that blown away, it never seemed to gather the same momentum.

HOWEVER later that summer, at Bestival, they must have tweaked something, because they absolutely blew the roof off with another insane set.

Not sure I'd see them if they were clashing with someone I'd not seen before this year, and I've never seen any of the Pyramid headliners live before. But if it was a case of Chems vs Oasis / Killers / other tired/banal Pyramid acts, Chems would win every time.
