when you reply - there are a bunch of icons above the box your replying in

the box with the little picture icon (between the boxes with + symbols on them) will allow you to post a link to almost any picture you find on tinternet

sorry if its not clear, too many ciders and too many years since i was technical support advisor in the computer games industry (how i pulled that one off i'll never know)
