Frank Turner has pulled out of Sonisphere.

Guessing this means he's pulling out of Y-Not as well again then?

Don't really blame him for taking up a support slot with The Offspring of an American arena tour considering the work and commitments he's taken on over the past few years.

Edit; he's still got Y-Not and Kendal Calling listed for that weekend, not Sonisphere though. Weird.

Pulling out of Sonisphere surely has nothing to do with the Offspring - the dates he is playing with them in america are june 30th to july 18th.

Completely understandable reason for pulling out then. To be honest as much as I am gonna enjoy Sonisphere the organisers don't really endear themselves to people very well do they. All this swiping at other festivals and pathetic namecalling and then promising to outdo them all and failing to deliver promised lineup announcements. If I was Frank I would be happy to be avoiding this one and sticking with Leeds/Reading.

It was Soni, I've read what Frank Turner wrote he said that they wouldn't let him play another festival which he can't name as of yet, so he pulled out of sonisphere

Tell you one thing, he's very loyal to Reading and Leeds
