N-Dubz

You know, we're probably going to have to get used to these bookings. They seem to be proper bands rather than marketing creations. I don't like the music - but there are probably relics from the 70s who didn't like Orbital playing.

We all get along, and retire to a different stage when something that's not to our taste comes on.

I missed them last year when they played the dance village on friday due to a clash (this was before their album came out) so I'll try and see them this year. Their album is a bit hit and miss in places, but majority of the tracks I like.

All these generalisations of what music glastonbury goers should and shouldnt like should stop now, its ridiculous and very annoying. One of the reasons I love glastonbury is the sheer amount and variety of different genres on offer, and long may it continue.

N-Dubz............i just cant help secretly enjoyin them :P

I admit, they are a bit cringeworthy and chavtastic, but she has a good voice. I probably WONT be seeing them tho, that type of music doesnt really interest me enough to actually use my legs and energy to walk to a stage to see them. I dont mind them on the radio tho, their songs only last bout three minutes anyways. :):P

Not quite sure I understand your point but as for who wants to see N-Dubz at Glastonbury, me for one. Give me them over the Snow Patrol/Keane/Enemy/Scouting For Girls/James Blunt/Oasis/Hoosiers/James Morrison/Elbow/Pidgeon Detectives/Coldplay etc bleeding etc dreck that will almost undoubtedly be clogging up some of the Pyrmaid line up anyday.

Well crafted songs eh? Urgh.

True, the last "heavy" band I remember playing glasto is the lost prophets in 04, and theyre hardly that heavy.

Admittedly heavy metal/hard rock has download and reading/leeds but it would be good to have 1 or 2 decent hard rock bands.

If you've read the faith no more thread, then you'll know that thats who Im hoping for to play one day at glasto, not gonna happen I know though.
