This is the day, this is the hour that the final nail went into the V Festival coffin. I will go this year but unless there is a radical change in booking policy I will not go again.

Before I started going to festivals, I used to look at the line-up at V and think "that'd be great for me" now, less so. As people have said, there's an air of party in the park/T4 about it now.

I'm on a downder today, I've defended the line-up in the past but pap like Ndubz and Titchy whatever is just lame. It's probably someones idea of edgy "urban" music, not mine I'm afraid.

Its all very well saying 'don't go' but I've forked out £160 for the sodding ticket now...(as I have almost without exception for the last 14 years). Even if I sold the bloody thing all the decent festivals have sold out now...

Do you think we could sue for false advertising on the basis that they told us it was a music festival??

I know i gonna have a good time anyway, but like someone else said earlier this is just the nail in the coffin for me, im definatley not buying a ticket next year. I pay £30 2 go 2 t4 on the beach which is very similar to the v line up now, id rather pay that than £160

thank god giving this year a miss, whoever the hell books bands / artists for V - what the f**k are they playing at? if it's not 'has been' bands no respectable festival touches, it's terrible pop acts. pretty bad considering they've had a few respectable bands in the past playing....
