Hello everyone!

Another lurker turned newbie here

It's my second Glasto this year - popped my cherry last year Read this forum pretty religiously in the run-up last year so thanks to everyone for all the invaluable info, tips and gossip that made it such an awesome weekend (especially LusciousLucy and her mega packing list!!!)

Can barely contain my excitement already - my ticket has been dispatched, I'm just ordering a new tent online (Vango!!) and am picturing myself queueing at the Cider Bus in EXACTLY 6 weeks time. Happy days.

Hi all - long time lurker but first post - thanks for bringing me out of the closet! Tend to have a little lurk most days to get my Glasto fix - my work colleagues don't really grasp the attraction of spending your summer in a field

Am I gonna be hated for the rest of my time here if I say that I don't think V is that bad?!? It is what it is and doesn't pretend to be anything else... I've had a laugh there and seen some good bands but IMO you can't compare it to Glasto - Glasto is in a completly different league and nothing else comes close!

Hi fellow new folk,

This is now my third post....Im still a bit of a lerker but have enjoyed feeling the sun on my back...much nicer than living in the shadows of others.

I get the impression that no one will be lerking at glasto....lots of leaping around and declaring our new found freedom.
