I don't have an e-mail or reference number for my full ticket, just for my deposit. I checked that with See just now and got this: Sorry, there was an error processing your request. Please try again later. I've checked my bank account all the way back to when I booked it and the money has gone out for the whole ticket. Am I just worrying too much or is something wrong? Macca87 Posted May 15, 2009 Report Share Posted May 15, 2009 I lost my confirmation email last week so I went on the See tracker to find my confirmation but it said I didn't have any order under my e-mail or debit card no. so I phoned up and they had it on their system and they sent me a new confirmation. Bradders Posted May 15, 2009 Report Share Posted May 15, 2009 I had this panic a couple of weeks ago, exactly the same situation. Called 'em up and they gave me my dads reference number. Panicked* a bit more because I've moved house since ordering, and will be in yet another different house when glasto arrives, and I'd also asked for them to be delivered to work so I didn't know the postcode! So they couldn't find it, eventually did and they sorted it all. My ticket came yesterday. That would've been a good freakout thread if I'd posted it at the time!
