Nick Cave and Ian Brody are two very talented songwriters from completely the opposite side of the tracks.

On balance though I have to go with the lightning seeds - can you imagine how good it would be in a crowd with an almost-cold beverage in your hand, the sun shining down, singing along en-masse to 'Sense'?

Nick Cave's Murder Ballads just wouldn't have the same effect I'm afraid.

Brodie's voice live is dead dodgy so he needs the crowd singing along to drwon him out. He writes a good tune though so fun in the sun with a beer.

But Nick Cave all the way if you are in a serious mood.

Favourite seed would be a Bad Seed......worst seed would be the seed of doubt as to whether they are playing. ( the Gorge says they are.....timing of dates says they wont)

I like a lightning seed but only if it left to grow in nice soil......the wrong setting can lead to a very strange fruit indeed.
