The Guardian ran a story about the John Peel headliners yesterday (Doves, Jarvis, Echo & The Bunnymen) which stated that they will be announcing the full line-up on May 25th....

To be honest it differs from month to month.

I think its usually about the 27th/28th? but to be honest I dont usually keep track of what date it is.
