lillypip
Quite disgusted at the narrow minded and superior mindset of some of the people on here. If people have a weakness with spelling and grammar, that does not make their point any less valied. If you had suffered from dyslexia, then perhaps you may have more empathy and understanding. Some of the cleverest people i know struggle with spelling. Does that mean i should refuse to listen to their point and disregard them? You have just demonstrated typical play ground bullying. It would be unacceptable for a five year old to pick on someone because of their spelling. To do so as an adult is deplorable. I hope you teach your children better manners and morals. P.s. Don't like hip hop either!

phellix
This has turnred into an English lesson rather than "A which good hip hop artists are playing". Some nice Jazzy stuff would be cool Lupes set last year was nice, wouldn't say no to Cypress hill either they were pretty awesome in 2000. Antipop consortium, Edan, Mos Def, Gangstarr I'd be happy with any of them. And Who's Dj Talent? Beardyman is another one I missed last year (If I recall saturday had clashes all day long for me) might catch him with the Bays
Mikee B
Just thinking about it Hip hop really is under represented at Glasto and any other festival in the uk. Its a shame because every time I've seen a hip hop artist a festival they've always gone down well I didn't see Jay-Z last year but I heard he went down well too. In fact it was seeing Ganstarr at Gatecrasher festival about 10 years ago that got me into hip hop in the first place untill then all I listened to was DnB techno and Hardcore sp listening to something under 160 bpm took some getting used too (when I first heard cypress Hill I thought my tape player had died it was sooo slow) If its the artists reluctant to come here then how about getting Jehst, Braintax or skinny man, Roots Manuva theres no shortage of good uk hip hop. I know I'd much rather be watching them than a run of the mill indie band
