i was on the brink of collapse in 07 and stumbled into the guardian lounge to be faced with the magic numbers doing a country version of guns n roses' night train. *quakes* i was surrounded by people really into it and all i wanted to do was p1ss myself laughing. it certainly revived my ability to walk and i got the hell out as soon as i could. i wish i'd recorded a bit so people would believe it happened though.

Some boring band that seem to get good slots at festivals called ermm.. Bloc Party?

I'd certainly hate for them to headline some sort of second stage.

In all seriousness though I'd hate to run halfway across the site, miss an act I quite want to see, following this big rumour, to find someone ludicrous and novelty turning up, or just a really boring band I dont like, Feeder or something.

Or someone with a ridiculous "Solo Career" like Carl Barat.

Springsteen :blink: maybe not a secret but before he was announced everything apart from 'Born in the USA' was to me! Now I have watched the live DVDs, listened to the albums etc he should have remained secret to my ears! ;)
