How did it take you so long to get down from Liverpool? We left at 3am and would have been in queues by 7am, if we didn't stop in Gloucester just before 6 and subsequently break down... I assume you stopped along the way?

Yeah we stopped for an hour or so in a lay by somewhere. Stopping over in a travel lodge this year to grab a few more hours kip! Although we'll no doubt be too excited to sleep - worse than 3 year olds at christmas probably!

My friend has just informed me that she is going down Tuesday morn. I said that as far as I know that the site will not open until 8am on Wed, but she said that they are going with someone who has gone down on the Tuesday for the last 15 years and they have always got in. Is this true? Can you get in on the Tuesday?
