WOOOP, I just returned from Tesco and got 4 crates of carling for £40 YESSSSS, not those crap 15 can ones either they are full 24 packs a tenner a crate! they also have stella, carlsberg cider etc...

get em in for download whilst they are cheap!

Now that they do Hobgoblin in cans, I'm probably going to get that instead. Prefer real ales to lager.

i realised just now how much a trolley is a must buy for Download. I just carried ONE crate the ten minute walk back from the offy and it was a complete f**king ballache! i'm such a fanny.

Trolleys are the bomb btw. if you get one, make sure you have a reel of duct tape as well, or something equally as strong.

i have finally given in this year and admitting i'm getting old, or maybe just unhealthy... f**k it, last year i even bought an airbed and had a shower every day. the trolley is the next logical step.

Also morrisons are doing 3 12 tin packs of cider(Strongbow)/lager for £18 which is also quite a good deal. = 50p a tin

Not only did I pick up a 20 pack of Stella cans [440ml's though]

I also got a 65 Ltr Rucksack for £17!!! what a bargain!!!

It seems pretty good, the straps and the back are well padded, im well happy with it, of course if it does fall apart on the way I won't be happy ha ha!

Has anyone bought any festival bound alcohol recently? I'm shopping around for deals. You can get 3 x 12 packs of Strongbow for £18 at Morrison's. Any idea where I can get cheap deals on Stella and some kind of bitter multipack (something like London Pride, not John Smith's or Boddy's)

Also, can you get multipacks of Relentless?
