I'm not sure I would pay money to go and see any of the bands individually on the Saturday, the Sunday I would be pay to see all, Avenged Sevenfold, Feeder apart.

Saturday = get pissed and spend most of the day in the 3rd tent for me.

Looking at that if they do sell day tickets, Sunday will sell out instantly, you probably couldn't give tickets away to see Taking Back Sunday, Heaven & Who etc on the Saturday.

I'll check out a few bands on Saturday, but more when I feel like it rather than any in particular. Hopefully some of the better acts on the 3rd stage will be on the Saturday. Sunday will crazy good though.

Anyone got any idea who the Special Guests will be? I'm assuming someone from Download.

So it's time for me to decide whether I'm gonna try go to this, I am persauded by Metallica, Linkin Park, NIN, Machine Head, Coheed and Cambria and a few more.

The problem for me is that for a 2 day festival, I can't really justify the price for 24 bands, especially as alot of the high bands shoudn't be anywhere near as a high as that compared to most major festivals :/, yet the ticket price is on par with the rest.

I really wanna see NIN twice this summer though, so that'll probably sway me if I can get a friend to come along. Maybe they'll throw another decent band in somewhere, not sure who's left for them to book though who I'd like to see though, if they're going for an all exclusive line up.

now that i see the day split, i've kinda surprised myself about how much this festival doesn't suit me.

i only like 2 bands on the saturday, linkin park and coheed & cambria. linkin park is more of a nostalgia thing, but i am a big coheed fan so that makes up for it. i'll go see bullet for my valentine too probably, they should be alright. hopefully hundred reasons will be on, it'll give me something else to do on the day. having said that, it could be interesting to see the other side of a festival - hopefully the other entertainment will be decent.

the metallica/nin combination will definitely be my highlight, and i'm really looking forward to alice in chains too. avenged sevenfold should put on a stellar performance, and feeder are a decent live band.

so, like most people, i prefer the sunday.

there's not a lot i'm too bothered about on the saturday either. i love the used, more recent anthrax and i should think linkin park will put on a good show. i'm hoping cancer bats, hundred reasons and the ataris are all on the saturday.

edit: but having checked, they're all on the sunday. what a pisser.

Metallica, Avenged Sevenfold and Alice in Chains are three of my favourite bands, that with NIN, Machine Head, Lamb of God, Killing Joke and Cancer Bats is just crazy good. Here's hoping for day tickets!!
