Tickets but no car parking pass!

2nd year on the trot that my tickets have turned up without car parking pass that I bought :)

As last year, called See and they've promised to get the pass sent through, they did so last year so it's just a minor irritant.

What I'm curious about is, how unusual is this? Who else has been in the same situation?

Mine was missing and just to taunt me and rub salt into the wounds, the mongrels sent me a diamond shaped sticker, advertising the bloody car parking passes! It says Glastonbury 2009 Car Park! Cheeky twats! There's no way i'm giving them free advertising until I receive my pass!

You just reminded me as I could have sworn I hadn't bought a car parking pass so I called up and ordered one at the end of April/start of May. I was told they would be delivered seprately. That was fine as I ordered it at a different time.

Only then I started tracking my tickets and it said that I did originally order a car park pass, even though I really was sure I hadn't. So now I'm a bit confused as there wasn't a pass with my ticket. So I think I am waiting on two car parking passes now but I still swear blind I didn't pay for the first one. I will never be able to find the correct statement now to see how much they took off my account but then surely if the tracker says I DID buy one originally then I must have done!

Has anyone elses tracker said they had bought one and they hadn't?

hmmm...just called See who claimed car parking passes are being sent out separately. I questioned why I knew people had received them together with ticket and she said some are being sent out separetely and to wait a week. hmm...not too impressed with that at all.

Well apparently my boyfriends has been dispatched but mine hasn't. I find that very odd as both our tickets went out on the same day which would indicate to me that they out in same batches. He hasn't received his yet however - she claims that only tickets, not car parking tickets were sent special delivery. I am going to give it until Tuesday and call up as according to ticket tracker, 'tickets' not 'ticket' have been dispatched. I also politely said that I wished that See was a bit more transparent. She then tried to argue that they were - WELL HOW COME NO ONE CAN TELL ME WHERE MY CAR PARKING TICKET IS AND YOUR CLAIMING IT HAS NOT GONE OUT WHEN TICKET TRACKER SAYS IT HAS. grrr...sorry. I'm not even fussed as I know I can buy on the gate but it is just irritating how rubbish they are and the fact that they don't know anything!

Right then more help needed, first Glasto for Moi, got the ticket through the post today but havent ordered a parking ticket, can anyone post a link as ive looked for the past 15 minutes and cant find one,see tickets have a link for coaches but not parking, too much sun and stella so any help would be seriously welcomed!

Picked up my order today from sorting office and everything there except for a campervan ticket which was ordered at the same time. Guy I spoke to at SEE didn't seem too concerned - he just said not to worry they will send another one! Did take my phone number though in case customer sevices need to speak to me.

Not sure what to think now. :P (At least the proper tickets are there though :( )

Has anyone else had this happen?

Picked up my tickets from the sorting office this morning, but I got a Car Park pass instead of a campervan ticket. Great, how difficult can this be, the tickets are attached to a piece of paper telling the morons what to put in the envelope.

Rang See, they said they will send out a campervan pass, but could take 2 weeks. Now I have got 2 weeks of worry while they sort it out.
