Jessica Eye just lost to Tate so she doesn't deserve a shot. Holm is getting the shot because she is a former boxing champion and it will be most marketable to all the casuals who tune in to watch Rousey. the fight may last longer than her previous fights but as soon as is goes to the ground, it's all over.

Yeah the idea of business is making money in general, but I'd think the UFC would give the fighters who deserve the title shot the title shot, not just who would sell the most tickets. Rousey fights sell tickets and PPV buys anyway, so giving Tate the title shot and maybe have Holm fight Nunes or someone as a title eliminator around the same time would be a more logical and well deserved path, IMO at least

She could easily be talking shit. They are teammates and other people are at the table so could mean nothing. If she has known this for a while then why didn't she say something earlier.  Not saying it could well be true but not that interested tbh, not my business.

Gives people something to look at and complain about. The rankings are generally okay, people just get overlooked to sell more tickets ie McGregor over Frankie.

There are many different sides to the story depending on where you look. Reports say they were separated for a while now, and while still married they weren't in a relationship so Ronda wasn't relly doing anything wrong on that side. Yeah she maybe shouldnt be with someone being investigated for beating his wife, but maybe Ronda could tame him And if Ronda wants to show women that they can have power, what better way to do it than tame a wife beater.

 

All jokes aside, Ronda can date who she wants. Her and Schaub were apparently quite friendly so she obviously likes the bigger, more physical guy. Browne is currently married, but he can still move on if he isnt with his wife in a committed relationship. He could be found to be a crappy person, but it shouldnt tarnish Ronda's name to be associated with him

Depending on how bad the injury is, it could replace where Ronda should have been in January. 6 weeks difference roughly, so his finger/thumb could heal in that time

Same, and I think a lot of people want to see it too. Im half surprised the UFC havent kept Condit on the card and put either Gastelum or Matt Brown, that really would have thrown the title fight out for timing and the risk of Condit losing. Think he would beat both aforementioned but Brown is a killer right now. But as you said, that title fight needs to happen.

Official now, Lawler - Condit official for UFC 195 main event, Joanna J co-main

 

Also, Faber-Saenz and Holloway-Stephens added to the UFC 194 card, its becoming even more stacked. Faber could be headline of the undercard on Fox, with 2 title fights and two top middleweight contenders filling the top 3 fights, Faber might get more eyes on him if he is closing the Fox show.

Joanna defending against Valarie Letourneau as co-main of UFC 193 under Rousey, so Joanna got what she wanted and got on the Rousey card. First double header of two womens MMA fights headlining a UFC event and it will probably be the biggest attendance in UFC so far.

I doubt they would give Faber a fight for the title over a full camp Chad or Frankie. If anything, give Chad the title shot and move Faber to fight Frankie, but hopefully none of the fights fall out and everything happens as it should.
