Hi,

Just wondered if anyone had any experience with trying to get a refund at this stage due to serious health problems? Is this something that they may be sympathetic about. Evidence can be provided by a doctor.

One of our crowd can no longer go to Glasto because his brother is getting married that weekend (in another country). I phoned See but they stated there can be 'no refunds with no exceptions' as we have missed the May deadline. This ain't good, not least because there are so many people still desperate to attend. Nonetheless, I hope you have better luck.
