Seetickets are awful!?

Hi guys,

So I ordered my Sonisphere ticket with Guitar Hero: Metallica on Saturday and was well chuffed but I've not received my confirmation email yet even though I got the 'Your order has been accepted' message after ordering tickets.

I was a bit worried so I tried the order tracker and nothing, so I phoned them up and after doing post code and card searches they can't find anything on their database about my order?!

I'm quite worried to put it through again incase it goes through twice and also because they're awful everytime I use them! Why would they have no record if it said my order went through fine after filling the form out!

I have had this problem with See once before - ordered Kaiser Chiefs tix and got some notification of a problem, phone this number. Phoned the number and was reassured that the order had gone through ok. However, it was only nearer to the gig that I realised I'd not had a confirmation email, etc. Went through order tracker, the lot. Nothing. Phoned them up to see if it had actually gone through - nothing on the database despite the phone call on the day that confirmed it had gone through.

That was the only time I've ever had problems and like Lithium, I do use them a lot. I would cautiously say that if there is nothing on the database and stuff, then it hasn't gone through. Also, doesn't the money for gig tickets get charged to your card pretty much straight away? Could you check your card account and see if it's been charged before you put a re-order through?
