Yeah, as long as they play, I dinnae care! But people need to stop saying NIN are supprting Metallica when they aren't.

I think it's brave of the Soni organisers to question the concept of what a support act represents. Sure you could say that the A7X are playing a different stage and therefor 'technically' NIN are supporting Metallica. But then that is tenuous at best!!

The band that plays before the headline act is the support. Take the stages away and think about how the punter is viewing it. NIN A7X metallica

How can you support Metallica at 7pm? When they go on at 9 and there is a band inbetween?

as long as NIN get a sub-headliner time slot, that's all i'm bothered about really! but would prefer them later on when it's getting a bit darker.
