Damaged wristband

Hi guys.

I have decided to come to IOW a bit last minute and brought a wristband from a fello efestivals person who can't go anymore. Anyway, i've seen other peoples so when I went to get this wristband I noticed that the pin that fixes the band on to your wrist is broken off. Has anyone else got this problem and know how to get sorted??

mine came with a pin missing also

i emailed gigantic..who i got my wristbands off.

and they said go to the box office at the camping/bus entrance.

they also said i have to take the email they sent me as proof.

I don't see any pins on mine

If the person you bought it from put it on, then the pin/wristband will be destroyed when taking it off. The pin won;t break unless somebody tampers with it. The wristband you have is now void and you won;t be able to use it for access into the festival unless you can validate yourself as the original purchaser of the ticket.

The wristbands were junk. Mine snapped the pin off as soon as I tried to put it on. Luckily I don't think I was alone there as they replaced it on the gate without question.

So then like everyone else I had a daft wristband with 3 inches of excess hanging from it.

I had to cut mine off this morning,could'nt believe it was so robust for a thin material.
