uhhm can someone explain to me what the bar bar bar tent is? it wasn't there last year and that was my first time, and i like the sound of it

In previous years, each campsite had their own bar which was a long white tent . . . but because the tent was so long and the word Bar is so short, they had the word Bar three times across the top . . . hence why it was called the Bar Bar Bar.

I do so hope that it's back this year as it's such a laugh in there . . . loads of booze and great music with everyone singing at the tops of their voices . . . it was sorely missed last year!

i spoke to one of the organsiers last year and apparently the reason for no bar bar bar is that the locals weren't happy with the noise levels so it got stopped...short of some agreement having being made i cant see them having it there again now they have stopped it, which is a frickin shame cause i for one very much enjoyed the nake crowd surfer dude who graced us with his er herm presence the year before last...

there was a bar bar bar drinking/music tent. However it wasnt in the actual campsite - it was in the open place between the campsites on the way to the arena. Also everyone partied outside the Cosy Camper in the red campsite after the arena closed which was good.

But I do prefer the origianl bar bar tents in the campsites - but only if the football hooligans stay away.
