Hey all..

First time festival-goer here from Australia. Was just wondering if you guys would be able to tell me what tents go for in the UK...or provide some links or what have you.

Pondering taking my good two-man tent with me, but how much is a good five-person tent that is waterproof?

There are quiet a few stores that you can get a good quality 5 man tent for between £100 & £150 (Au$200 - 300).

Where are you flying into? Most peeps on here will be able to give you some names of good stores near to your airport of arrival.

Flying into Heathrow on Saturday, then we've got four days in London so plenty of time to look around wherever these places turn out to be!

You could order one through Joe Bananas & pick it up at the festival. They have a 4 man for £55, not sure how good it is, but you could check out some reviews.

Just had a look on Argos & they've got some good half price deals at the moment!

If you're in London, make a trip to Decathlon @ Canada Water tube stop (that's the Surrey Quays store). They sell a range of tents, and also the well-regarded Quechua seconds pop-ups.
