For f**k's sake. 2 main stage bands now cancelled. Not very good when there are relatively few bands playing full stop. Not that I give a monkeys about Fear Factory, but still….

Hopefully they get replaced as there are few enough bands on the line up as it is. I personally think they will need to fill every spot they have planned for due to the nature of the gig. (rotating stages)

One spot goes empty and it could be a nightmare.

wasn't interested in fear factory really, so fingers crossed it's someone i won't mind watching!

i wonder who's replacing the sword. plus i wonder if this mainstage band will be replacing fear factory or the sword? makes sense for a replacement for the sword, since they would've been looking into that already.

HEAVEN & HELL was forced to cancel its appearance Sunday night (June 21) at the Metalway Festival in Zaragoza, Spain due to back pain suffered by guitarist Tony Iommi.

That's the big weakness with this format. If a band does f**k Sonisphere over, we're (probably) in a far worse situation than if the same band dropped out at Reading or Download.

I'm very sorry, I know a lot of people were looking forward to me being there, but Somerfield have deicided my time be best spent over that weekend filling the shelves for the elite of Larkhall.
