*bump* because I know how much kitsune likes fish :D

for anyone who didnt see it, there was, I presume a joke in the Q daily, which read something like "Fish plays secret garden party", so thats why kitsune is asking the question

There were a lot of hints in Q daily. People round were getting overexcited because the Friday headline said 'Vampire Weekend' but turns out nothing to do with the band. There was also the 'cast of 1000s' reference to Playing for Change so did Guy Garvey join them on stage?

Have loved marillion for many many years, and although I have to admit Steve was a good replacement for Fish, I have to say when Fish left a part of the band left with him.

Their music will allways be awsome and with steve as the frontman an awsome show is guaranteed but you allways wounder what if Fish had still been there..

I saw a vid of an ailsbury festival where they all got back together on stage and sang market square heros, and although the sound wasnt perfect just to see them all back together for that one show was spine tingling..

Glasto worker you are very lucky to have known and met one of the best front men ever to get on stage and if he ever comes back to Glasto let me know because I will be the first in line for an autograph from one of my all time heros....

Not exactly Fish but I downloaded Marillions new album for free recently - It was excellent - They would of gone down well on some stages I'm sure.. Very similar in style to the Doves Kingdom of Rust

Never forget Seeing Fish and Marillion doing The whole of Misplaced Childhood in identical style to the album at the Monsters of rock (now download) festival in 1985 - Metallica and Bon Jovi were lower down the bill and ZZ Top higher

Has to stand up there with one of the classic moments - and still remains one of my favorite albums

Very intelligent stuff
