Registration question

I registered a week ago and got this e-mail:

This email does not constitute acceptance of your photograph. Your registration number will be emailed to your registered address when your photograph has been checked. This will take up to 24 hours.

However, I never got another. Should I be worried?

me too - i registered last tuesday and got that email to say that my photograph still had to be approved which should take another day.

not heard anthing since - im just presuming that there busy with registrations or what not?

my question is : i thought i registered before for future years.

so why does it appear to be necessary to keep registering ??!

uha. whenever i decide to register for a festival is completely irrelevant to the question at hand. but thanks for your constructive and helpful input

I suspect the photo approval team is probably not in place yet..

If I remember correctly, there was a "do you want to save these details for future years" option when registering, do you remember whether you chose that. If so, are you sure your details aren't on there already?

Yes, I too was wondering about the apparent delay but of course it only makes sense. The festival is only over for a week or two and they have more pressing issues on their minds.

Just checked email and have received confirmation for 2010 registration

yeah well surely actually attending the festival that has just been on would have been better than going onto a board the week after asking for details to register for the next. its not as if they have "just missed out on tickets for this year but ok we'll go to the next one"

I'm sure I saved my details for future years, but checking that link, it comes up blank! Might have to re-register I suppose. I'll wait and see if I get my email at the end of August.

Mine is back up. Saved my details till July 2011. Must've ticked the box right enough, sorted.
