It depends who you bought tickets from. If you got them from the BT shop they should be in the post, but Quay tickets are sending them out about a fortnight before the fest.

Got the post office card through on Saturday so I guess its the tickets. God knows what time I got in on Friday night - the postman never stood a chance!

All the BT shop tickets have gone out. Check the ticket page on the website regarding purchases from the ticket agents selling the BT tickets.

You would have been advised at the time of purchase regarding the date tickets will be sent and the BT online sales we stagger over 3 weeks to avoid delays in the local post office.

Thanks for the info Rich, I checked email from quaytickets and got the following :

"Your tickets will be posted to the address you provided. For this event tickets will not be sent out until 2 weeks before the event. "

Just got to to be patient now I guess ...

The tickets from Quay will start going out on April 26th and will it will take a period of 2 weeks for them all to have been distributed.

Lack of space in the car means we'll all be eating out and surviving on breakfast bars (& fellow campers' generosity ) when the money runs out.
