Camping Chairs were not allowed in the Arena at T in the Park

We were forced to discard our camp chairs at the arena entrance or face not being allowed in. There was no rule or warning on their website or update e-mails. They had also banned the sale of them from the arena stalls. God only knows why!

If you intend to take a camp chair into the arena with you - I suggest finding out, in advance, if they are permitted. You don't want to be made to chuck away a perfectly good camp chair.

They were allowed up until about 12-30ish on the Saturday when they all of a sudden announced they not allowed! They shouldn't be able just 2 slap a ban like this!

They claim to be an environmentally friendly festival, but had hundreds of chairs being sent to landfill. Arseholes.

I saw quite a few chairs in the main arena - i think i saw some of the stores must have still been selling them

Most likely reason for the band is that someone probably got badly hurt by a flying camper chair.

I saw many go over my head at Reading last year.
