Had money stolen

Hi

Recently i stupidly paid for V Tickets outside of Ebay through a bank transfer. After paying for the tickets i have not heard from the seller since. I have the persons bank details and have managed to get the address. Apart from obviously going and knocking on their door (which i will be doing if i have no luck with anything else), does anyone know how i can get my money back?

It could be they're just crap at keeping in touch and are just planning on sending the tickets out when they arrive in August. I'd try and get hold of them first before anything as they could be legit.

Thats the thing. I've been emailing them with no reply for about a week and a half now. Also the number that i was given is never on! Little bit worrying. When do the tickets usually arrive?

Most people that sell on ebay want their feedback to stay good if it's already good, but you do have to be careful.

Sorry, did you say you paid by bank transfer and not PayPal?

Tickets will be out anytime from about 3rd August, but could be as late as a few day's before the actual Festival (my IOW ones arrived 3 day's before!). It's just a bit of a waiting game now with the tickets, but you need to try and get hold of them. Have you tried googling their names? Might be a long shot but worth a try on any information you can dig up!
