So lookin forward to my first time at bella and takin my 5 and 8 year olds to their first festival. However, those lovely ticketmaster people have failed to get my tickets to me in time - problems with printing they say. I am to collect them at box office.

Can any of you kind peeps advise me here, single dad with 2 weans and all the stuff for the weekend. Plan to be there about teatime. Will box office be a long way from parking, campin etc? Much ta's

Come in from the road and take the first car park on your right. Park in there and head to BO which I think is at the top of the (small) hill. Get wristbanded and then either leave your car there or go down to the lower car parks.

It's not the biggest of sites so the walk isn't too bad.
